Huobi Token of the Huobi.pro exchange serves as the project’s own cryptocurrency. It was created on the Ethereum platform in mid-January 2022 and runs on the ERC20 protocol.
Coins are used to pay commissions and are available to participate in transactions. They are intended to serve as a universal instrument for exchanging assets for bidders from different countries.
The authors of the project show significant interest in ensuring that the new digital coin maintains a high level of value in the internal markets of the trading platform:
- 20% of the exchange’s profits are used quarterly to buy back HT;
