Account verification

To confirm your identity, go to the “Verification” section. To do this, you need to click on the blue button on which your login is written (aka email address).
In the window that opens, select “Level 1: Personal information” and begin the process:
- We fill in each field. We write our last name, first name, select gender, date of birth, nationality and enter our personal phone number.
- Click “Confirm” and, if desired, proceed to the next stage – identity confirmation.
- Next, we attach a scanned copy of the document (a passport is best, but a driver’s license or any other document is also suitable), take a selfie with the document, attach a handwritten note (exchange name, date and signature), and send it for moderation.
After successful moderation, you can add and confirm your residential address by sending bank statements, documents about payment of utility bills, or a notification from the tax office. You can also skip this step to work without confirmation or return to it a little later.
What does verification provide? Guarantees, the right to demand the return of funds in the event of their loss, which may occur as a result of hacker attacks committed against the exchange. In addition, a user with a second-level account or higher can use additional methods for depositing/withdrawing fiat money (Skrill).
Placing orders
In order to place an order, select a trading pair and go to the window to set the transaction parameters.
Select buy or sell, then in the first line write the amount of cryptocurrency that you want to receive or sell. If you wish, you can not replace the second line, then the order will be executed at the market price. If you are not satisfied with this, then enter your price. The third line will change automatically.
Next, click the “Buy” or “Sell” buttons and wait for the transaction to be executed.
Replenishment and withdrawal of funds
You can add funds to your account balance in cryptocurrency or fiat:
- We go to the site, open your personal account by clicking on the name in the upper right part.
- Select the item “Finance”.

In November 2016, the British management company BTC-Alpha Ltd, headed by Ukrainian entrepreneur Vitaly Bodnar, launched a new trading platform project. The crypto exchange is guided by development vectors aimed at the countries of the Western market and Eastern Europe.

A specially developed system that prevents DDos attacks ensures stable operation of the trading platform. Personal information about users is protected by special encryption. For the safety of funds, “cold” multi-signature wallets are used.

Registration and personal account
The process is simplified as much as possible. As already mentioned, the user is not required to provide any identification documents, so registration takes place in a few simple and standard steps.
- We go to the exchange website and register on it. Then we confirm the email. A letter with a link should be sent by email. If the letter does not arrive, check Spam
- All you have to do is enter the PIN code that will be sent to you by email. The PIN code will be updated and sent by email every time you try to log in from a new IP or device. Afterwards you will automatically be taken to the main page of the exchange. Registration has been completed, you can start trading.
Your personal account is located under the username on the top panel. Just click on your login and a menu will open for you. Something interesting here is worth noting and immediately setting up Security, enabling two-factor authentication.

BAC Token
The BTC-Alpha exchange has a token of the same name, which is traded under the ticker BAC. It was launched in June 2022 and is based on the Ethereum blockchain (ERC-20 token). Traded exclusively on its own exchange, the price is stable, close to $1.
Interestingly, many users are mistaken in classifying the PRIZM project as a token on the site. It was listed immediately after its appearance; its developers are a team from Russia, which is in no way connected with the BTC-Alpha team.

How to trade on the stock exchange
To start buying/selling coins on the BTC-Alpha site, you need to top up your balance and go to the “Exchange” tab (located on the top panel of the site), which opens automatically when you log into your personal account.
Interface and menu
The interface is simple, understandable even for beginners who have never been involved in trading:
- The column on the left allows you to select the trading pair you are interested in, see the price, its fluctuations, and volumes.
- In the top center is the price chart. Its appearance can be changed to suit your own needs: change Japanese candlesticks to bars, line, area, Heikin Ashi; add indicators; change interval; go to full screen mode; draw a trend.
- At the top right is a chat for users.
- Below you can view orders opened by traders, your own active transactions, and join trading by making a purchase or sale.
Only limit orders are available to users of the service, that is, those in which the purchase or sale price is determined by the trader himself.
Placing orders
To place an order, you should select a trading pair and go to the window for setting transaction parameters.
We choose to buy or sell, in the first line we write the amount of cryptocurrency that we want to receive/sell. The second line can be left unchanged, then the order will be executed at the market price, or you can enter your preferred price. The third line will change automatically.
Next, click “Buy” or “Sell” and wait for the transaction to be executed.
Instructions for use
Trading on the stock exchange is simple and accessible. After carefully studying the instructions, beginners make money by selling crypto assets.
Functionality and tools
To conclude trade transactions, open the “Exchange” tab located on the main page of BTC-Alpha. The system offers 2 operating modes: basic and advanced.
Beginners use a standard interface consisting of 6 parts:
- Schedule. Contains a schematic representation of current operations on a cryptocurrency pair.
- Applications. Presented in the form of a request to buy or sell.
- List of currencies. Consists of a list of coins available for exchange.
- Book of orders.
- Online chat. Allows users to communicate with each other, resolve current issues, consult and contact the administration about emerging problems in the operation of the exchange.
- Open applications. Contains a list of orders awaiting execution.
The advanced version is designed for investors with extensive experience.
The standard interface is complemented by a set of tools for technical analysis, including custom indicators and chart layout methods.
Trading on BTS "Alpha"
Trading transactions on BTC-Alpha are concluded using limit orders. To start the operation, set the following parameters:
- volume of purchase or sale of the selected cryptocurrency;
- fixed price set by the registered user.
The condition for the execution of a pending order is the appearance on the exchange of a counter order with a similar price tag. The request is satisfied when the market price reaches or exceeds the specified limit indicators.
Replenishment and withdrawal of funds
The exchange balance is replenished in the “Finance” section of your personal account. To do this, mark the currency in the tab that opens and click the “Deposit” button. Coins are transferred to the address generated by the system.
There is no fee for topping up your balance with Bitcoin. The minimum amount to deposit is 0.00001 BTC, the maximum is 500. Crediting occurs after 3 times confirmation by the Bitcoin network.
Funds are withdrawn from the British trading platform in cryptocurrency and dollars.
The commission for fiat withdrawals depends on the type of payment system:
- the maximum tariff is set for AdvCash and is 4.5%;
- a lower rate of 3.5% is charged for withdrawals via Skrill;
- investors using the PerfectMoney service pay a minimum commission of 2.5%.
The withdrawal request is made in the “Finance” section on the personal account page. In the line reflecting the account status for a given currency, click the button with the minus sign. After specifying the amount, the funds minus the commission are transferred to the address copied into the appropriate field. Tariffs for withdrawing crypto assets are set individually for individual types of coins.
Exchange services
BTC-Alpha has one interesting service called Paradise. With its help, IEOs (initial exchange offerings) are conducted. They allow ordinary users who have been verified on the platform to buy tokens at a favorable price even before listing.
Also, among the useful functions of BTC-Alpha you can o. The latter makes it possible to evaluate the cryptocurrency that is traded on the exchange according to such parameters as Revain rating, wallet (version and status), listing (active status, preparation for listing or delisting).
Separately, it is worth noting the internal “Alpha-code” codes, which are used to transfer or receive funds between users of the trading platform. To create a code, log into your personal account by selecting the desired tab.
Here you can enter and activate a code received or purchased from other clients of the service or, if you have funds in your account, create your own.
Alpha Paradise
Alpha Paradise is a unique digital platform for the pre-sale of tokens of crypto projects. Safety
The exchange has a high degree of security; according to the results of testing using the Mozilla Observatory service, it received a grade of B (higher than most cryptocurrency platforms, for example, Huobi - D, Exmo - C, KuCoin - F).
Among the methods that have been invented to protect users from hacking and loss of funds:
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) using Google Authenticator. Download it to your phone and use it to log into the site or confirm transactions.
- IP whitelists. If you are using a static (unchangeable) IP address, add it to the whitelist. Activating the function (Security section) will prevent attackers who have their own IP address from logging into your account.
- History of logins to the site. In the “Security” section you can view sessions, their status, time, IP, country, OS and browser.
Also, for greater security, you should periodically change your password, creating a complex one that is not associated with your name or login.
