How to deposit and withdraw funds from WMB?

Users in Belarus have the opportunity to create various WebMoney wallets. However, as for replenishing funds, this is only possible through a Belarusian WMB account. It is impossible to transfer funds to ruble and foreign currency accounts.

You can top up your WebMoney account using one of the following methods:

  • go to the cash desks of banks that accept payments through the ERIP system, including Technobank;
  • using an information kiosk, ATM, terminal;
  • using a VM card (also allows you to pay for purchases without opening an electronic wallet), which can be purchased in Minsk at some branches of Technobank, and in electronic form on the Belpay.by web resource;
  • visit a branch of any bank located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, where you can make a bank transfer, which will be completed within 3 to 5 days;
  • if you have a personal passport, then using a Visa or MasterCard through the E-Pay resource.

Only owners of wallets with an initial or personal passport can withdraw funds in one of the following ways:

  • transfer to the bank account of the owner of the wallet;
  • transfer funds to a bank card;
  • transfer money to a WebMoney payment system card.

Each of these options involves various types of commissions and fees. Tariffs may vary as they are set by banks, exchange offices and payment systems. To cash out funds in the Republic of Belarus, you will have to pay 4%; they charge less at Technobank (2%).

Transactions in the WebMoney electronic system are carried out within the daily limit. You can clarify the conditions in the wallet properties.

What is WM?

WebMoney is one of the largest payment services, which has several divisions:

  • currency exchange;
  • issuance of certificates (passports);
  • secure mail;
  • credit service;
  • payment service;
  • interaction with the banking sector.

It is very convenient for a system resident to be part of this closed cycle. When income is received into your account in the system, you can immediately make purchases, pay bills or exchange currency.

The remaining funds can be easily withdrawn to a card of a bank that cooperates with WebMoney. And financial surplus can be used for growth by borrowing at interest.

This payment system can become a platform for creating an online store in which payments will be transferred to a bank account. Creative people can publish their work using the system (for example, publish a book), and receive a fee in a WebMoney wallet.

List of WM options for business

That is why many remote employees of foreign and Russian companies use Webmoney as their main means of payment. With this system, money from the employer goes directly to the employee’s account with a fixed commission.

Security of the WebMoney electronic system

The WebMoney service is famous for its high level of user protection. In this regard, in terms of reliability it can be compared with a state bank. The system assumes several types of authentication:

  • files with private keys;
  • through personal digital certificates;
  • entering your login and password.

It is impossible to determine the numbers of WebMoney wallets in Belarus using the WM identifier. The owner of the wallet configures the data with the support of the WM Keeper program and has the ability to make sure that other WebMoney Transfer users do not see their first name, last name, E-mail or postal address (selectable). In addition, the user can install not one, but several versions of WebMoney Keeper on his computer in order to visit the system using different WM identifiers.

Other services also make the transaction more secure. Let’s say you can select “Protection by code”, then the second participant in the transaction receives money only after entering a special digital code. There is also “Time Protection”, which allows the recipient to use the funds after a certain date specified by the sender.

WMB registration

In the future, you will be able to work with them in WebMoney Keeper Standard (Mini).

If you previously managed your electronic wallet through WebMoney KeeperWinPro (WMKeeperWebPro), then in order to create a wallet in WMKeeperStandard you must:

  1. Log in to WebMoney Keeper Standard.
  2. Open the “Finance” section.
