Depending on the duration and intensity of account use, the payment system assigns one of three statuses to the account:

1. Normal. All accounts receive this status immediately after registration. All types of transactions and accounts are available without restrictions;
2. Premium. Assigned if two conditions are met: the account has been used for more than a year and a certain total turnover has been achieved. As of 2022, the required turnover is $100,000 or the equivalent in another currency. Among the advantages are reduced commissions for transfers and accelerated transaction processing;
3. Partner. The most privileged type of account, which gives the owner the right to special conditions for working with the payment system. Assigned by the Perfect Money administration subject to certain conditions that are not disclosed.

Separately, it is worth highlighting subaccounts - a special type of account with which you can provide other persons (for example, work colleagues) with limited access to wallets.

To create a subaccount, you must select the appropriate item in the settings and in the form that opens, click the “Create a new subaccount” button.

After this, you need to select wallets that will be available to work with from an additional account. A page will open on which the login and automatically generated password for the subaccount will be indicated. It can be changed immediately.

Account verification

Account verification is divided into 3 stages :

1. Name verification . Go to settings, below in the “Account Verification” click on “Manage Verification” . Select the file to upload (scan or photo of passport/driver's license) and upload the document.
2. Address verification is the next step. You need to upload a scan/photo of your utility bill (gas, water or electricity) with your name and address.
