MOEDA tokens
Moeda tokens (MDA) are backed by a social contract for loyal support of Green Cross Brazil, aimed at achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The increase in the value of tokens will correlate with the use, investment and sustainability of the profitability of the project, taking into account the dynamics of supply and demand. Tokens can be moved after the sale ends.
MDAs are issued based on smart contract rules and also as loyalty payments for the purpose of making a voluntary contribution to Green Cross Brazil during the ICO period. Moeda is a Portuguese word meaning coin. It was launched in collaboration with Green Cross, the United Nations SRS initiative and the NGO charity known as Unifaf. It started as a hackathon submission to the IMPACT CONVERGENCE 2.0 for the Blockchain SDG Hackathon. The developers of Moeda Loyalty Points explain the relevance of creating the project due to the limitations of the centralized banking sector. This makes the financial services offered inaccessible to a significant category of citizens, the main part of which is represented by the rural population.
