How to withdraw money from Payeer to a card of any bank - step-by-step instructions in 2022

With recent updates in the Payeer payment system, the ability to directly withdraw money from your balance to a Visa and Mastercard bank card has disappeared. Initially, the support service said that these were temporary measures, but they have already dragged on for several months.

Therefore, I decided to write this article and provide instructions on how to withdraw money from Payeer to a card of SberBank, Alfa-Bank, Tinkoff, VTB, Privat 24 or any other bank with a minimum commission or even without it. The method is 100% reliable and proven - I personally use it and the majority of users of this payment system.

Withdrawing money from Payeer wallet

Withdrawing money from Payeer has always been a hot topic - a foreign electronic wallet, not very popular in the CIS countries, has certain problems with withdrawing funds on the territory of these countries. Not to mention the unavailability of the Payeer Mastercard bank card for residents of the CIS, certain questions are raised by methods of withdrawal from the wallet to your account: in particular, the problem of commission is acute. However, one thing cannot be taken away: you can withdraw funds from the service using a stunning number of different methods. However, each method has its own nuances and extra charges: we will try to understand them

How can you earn money while playing?

How to transfer funds from a bank card without SMS confirmation

The Internet provides a wide variety of opportunities for earning money. There are especially many options for users who cannot boast of having certain knowledge or skills. Earnings on Payer is one of them. Participants in the system can make a profit by playing simple games. There is only one “but” - most gaming applications are of an investment nature. That is, the user needs to invest a little money in it at the start in order to receive a stable income in the Payer wallet in the future.

Depending on the conditions of the game, the participant needs to purchase certain material and technical resources (cars, robots, animals) and with their help he will subsequently receive passive income every month. Most beginners want to know how to earn Payeer to the maximum? The amount of future income directly depends on the amount of investment. That is, the larger the investment at the start, the more resources he will buy, which will accordingly affect the amount of his earnings. Additionally, there are no restrictions on the number of games you can take part in. Therefore, most users interested in a stable income are involved in several projects at once.

Withdrawal methods

You can get money into your account in a really huge number of ways:

  • Directly through a bank card - using the built-in service from Payeer, this is easy to do: the only controversial aspect is the commission. Also, for residents of the European Union, withdrawal to a separately issued Payeer card is available.
  • Mobile operators - funds are transferred to the mobile phone account number.
  • Electronic wallets - transfers to other electronic accounts from systems such as Qiwi and Yandex.Money.
  • Internet exchangers - such third-party systems allow you to make transfers according to a certain rate.
  • International payment systems - transactions through the VISA and Mastercard payment systems allow you to send money around the world.

How to withdraw cash from Payeer wallet

To withdraw funds in cash, you should find an ATM that can issue foreign currency in cash without its own commission - very often banks do not issue money in cash using cards from other banks or set strict restrictions on transactions (especially in cases with foreign currencies). An ATM may charge an additional fee for receiving dollars or euros, for example, Citibank machines. Thus, the commission and withdrawal limit for one transaction in various banks is:

  • Citibank ($2 commission), Unicredit and Rosbank - up to $400 at a time;
  • Raiffeisen - up to $300 per transaction, commission 3 USD;
  • VTB - up to $400 per transaction, as well as up to $800 per day, no commission in old ATMs (VTB-24);
  • Otkritie Bank - up to 5 thousand dollars per transaction, but the amount depends on the workload of the machine, the bank also issues banknotes with a face value of at least 20 dollars;
  • AlfaBank - up to $100 without commission in some machines, in others a commission is charged, but the withdrawal limit is correspondingly higher;

If you need to withdraw money from Payer, and there is much more cash, you can try to carry out the operation directly at the bank’s cash desk. Such cashing out definitely involves a commission, as well as a separate surcharge for the service itself. And banks themselves rarely agree to such operations due to the limited number of banknotes. The main banks for cash withdrawal through the cash desk are Otkritie and Bank Avangard.

If you absolutely need to cash out in rubles, you can also use ATMs. However, there are certain limitations here too. The most convenient in this regard is VTB: at its ATMs you can withdraw up to 100 thousand rubles in one transaction. Some AlfaBank machines also allow you to withdraw funds in amounts of up to 250 thousand rubles, but you should find out about this function from the bank in advance. Although cash withdrawals in rubles in the Russian Federation are not subject to commission, the Payeer system deducts $3.5 in its favor from each transaction. Also, money can be lost when transferring funds from an ATM from one currency to another: the rate is calculated from the current rate of the issuing bank (some owners even set their own, fixed cash withdrawal rates).

It is noteworthy that VTB and AlfaBank are the only ATMs that are more or less convenient for withdrawing in rubles: Post Bank machines already provide a withdrawal limit of 50 thousand rubles, and the most popular in the Russian Federation, Sberbank, does not allow you to cash out more than 5 thousand in one transaction.

Withdrawal to mobile operator accounts

Withdrawal from a wallet to a mobile operator account is available: the system cooperates with such operators as:

  • Beeline;
  • MTS;
  • Megaphone;
  • Tele 2;

However, with one transfer you can send from one to fifteen thousand rubles: the commission will be 2%. Don’t forget that you will have to pay a certain percentage to your operator for cashing out the funds received.

Withdrawing money from Payeer to bank cards and Payeer cards

Transferring money to a bank card remains the most popular (albeit quite expensive) withdrawal method: funds can be withdrawn to plastic cards of the MIR, VISA, MasterCard and Maestro/Cirrus systems. Although the size of the commission in each case is fixed (3.9% of the total amount, as well as 45 additional rubles for each transfer), MIR payment system cards receive money with a long delay: if other transfers are made instantly, the time limit for transferring funds to MIR accounts is up to seven working days. Also, it is worth paying attention to the restrictions on transactions: no more than 75 thousand rubles can be transferred at a time, and the daily limit is 525 thousand rubles for one card.

The commission can be partially offset - to do this, you need to enable the automatic transfer of funds function, which will allow you to receive a commission discount of 40 percent on each payment. In this case, the commission will be 2.9% (this, however, does not in any way affect the 45 additional rubles).

Alas, withdrawals to a Payeer bank card are available only to residents of the European Union - only EU residents can issue card data and work with them. In 2022, Payeer cards were closed for Russians, and in 2022, Payeer Mastercard became completely unavailable for those who have not lived in European countries over the past 5 years. However, withdrawal in rubles (or other currencies) to a Payeer card is extremely unprofitable: since the “plastic” itself is issued only in dollars or euros, withdrawal of funds only creates another conversion, which leads to loss of funds. The only solution for Payeer cardholders is to cash out money in the EU at ATMs with Mastercard symbols - such operations are almost always carried out without commission.

What is Payeer?

Payeer is an international electronic payment system operating under the international financial license PSP. Founded in 2012, it supports more than 200 countries and allows you to make payments worldwide. One of the features of this payment system is its complete anonymity, although if necessary you can go through the procedure of verification (identification) of your wallet.

Starting in 2022, its own cryptocurrency exchange opened within the Payeer payment system. Thanks to which you can now store funds not only in regular currency, but also in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), and Dash (DASH).

Withdrawal from Payeer wallet to electronic wallets

You can withdraw money from Payeer to an electronic wallet: the system allows you to withdraw funds without delays in 4 directions, including:

  1. Qiwi. The commission in this case will be 3.9%, the limit for a one-time transfer is 15 thousand rubles.
  2. Yandex.Money, as well as the ADVCASH system. When transferring to these accounts, the commission is 2.9%, however, the transaction limits for the systems are different. You can also transfer no more than 15 thousand rubles at a time to a Yandex account, while up to half a million rubles can be transferred to ADVCASH at once.
  3. Another Payeer wallet. In this option, the commission is much lower - only 0.95%, and you can transfer an unlimited amount of funds.

How to pass verification in Payer wallet?

In order to pass identification (verification) on Payeer, point to your account number in the system. Next, you will have a drop-down menu in which you will find the item “Identified - not”, next to it there will be an active link “Go”, click on it.

An identification window opens in front of you in which you need to enter your “First Name” and Last Name and attach two documents (one document is a document proving your identity, and the second is a document confirming your residential address). After these steps, click on the “Send for review” button.

Next, you just have to wait until your account is moderated.

Through other payment systems

You can withdraw money through other payment systems: they are Visa and MasterCard. They represent the most expensive withdrawal method - you will have to deduct 4.9% of the transfer amount, and the additional payment for each transfer is as much as $5. The only advantage in this case is speed - transactions through VISA and MasterCard are carried out instantly (however, the service warns of a maximum delay of 10 business days) and cover almost the entire planet, with the exception of a number of countries prohibited for transfers by the company itself (these are, respectively, the USA , Russia, Ukraine, Japan, etc.).

There are also restrictions on transactions - one-time transactions should not exceed 2.5 thousand dollars or euros, the daily transfer limit to the card is 4.8 thousand dollars or euros, and the monthly maximum is at around 20 thousand euros or dollars.

Is it possible to withdraw money from a Payeer e-wallet without commission?

The only method beneficial for withdrawal operations is cryptocurrency - formally, there is simply no commission charged for transfers to cryptocurrency accounts. However, there is a set price for conducting the transaction itself. Currently, the service supports many different cryptocurrencies, including such popular currencies as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Dash and Ripple. It is important to note that each currency has its own fixed transfer cost and transfer limits: they depend mainly on the exchange rate of the currency itself. You can withdraw funds from your Payer wallet without commission (not counting payment for the transaction) according to the following limits:

CurrencyTransaction feeMinimum transferMaximum transfer
Bitcoin0.001 (BTC)0.001 (BTC)30 (BTC)
Bitcoin Cash0.01 (BCH)0.01 (BCH)1,000 (BCH)
Dash0.01 (DASH)0.01 (DASH)10,000 (DASH)
Ethereum0.01 (RTH)0.001 (ETH)1,000 (ETH)
Tether7.5 (USDT)10 (USDT)100,000 (USDT)
Litecoin0.05 (LTC)0.01 (LTC)10,000 (LTC)
Ripple0.25 (XRP)10 (XRP)100,000 (XRP)

Thus, there is no completely free method for withdrawing funds from a Payeer wallet - even when using cryptocurrency wallets, you have to pay the cost of a separate operation.

How to make your Payer account secure?

In order to make your Payeer account more secure, in your personal account in the upper right corner, find the small gear and click on it. Next, a drop-down menu appears in which you need to select the “Security” tab and click on it.

After these steps, the Payer security settings window will open in front of you. In this window you can link your phone number (the only thing is that you must have money in your account since SMS are paid and cost $0.05). Also here you can indicate your telegram nickname and set up the “Master Key”. In general, make all the necessary changes and click on the “Confirm” button.

We withdraw money through exchangers and our own Payeer exchanger

Another quite profitable, but not always simple, way is to use third-party exchangers, such as BestChange. Such resources offer a wide variety of courses (it is important to find the most profitable one), as well as a huge range of conversions. Although such a method is available, and the operation is carried out instantly, a significant drawback is the loss of time in search of a truly worthwhile course (although the result often completely pays for the expenses). By observing certain conditions and choosing a good rate, you can withdraw funds from Payeer, although not completely free, but with a minimal markup.

Linking the card to Privatbank

5 ways to transfer funds from Russia to Belarus to a bank card

Another option for withdrawing money from Payeer to a Privatbank card is to link your electronic wallet in the system to your bank account. Before this, the user is required to first create a payment card - real or virtual:

  1. Log in to the system website;
  2. Go to the “My cards” menu;
  3. Add a card, indicating personal information (in this case, the anonymity of the work will be lost, but the ease of use when depositing and withdrawing funds will noticeably increase) and currency.

After receiving a Payer card, you can use it in the same way as any other card that works with the international MasterCard system. For example, link it to an account in Privatbank. To do this, go to your page in Privat24 (an online service that works with all bank card holders), find the option to add a new card in the services menu and enter its details. After this, transferring funds from one account to another will become both faster and more convenient.

Payer withdrawal through exchange offices

You can also exchange from Payeer to Privat24 using third-party services - exchange offices. Their addresses can be found on special sites for monitoring exchangers. Most of these resources indicate not only current exchange rates, but also:

  • amount available for exchange. Based on this figure, you can find out whether you will be able to withdraw all funds from Payeer through one exchanger or whether you will have to use the services of several;
  • the number of positive and negative reviews characterizing the reputation of the exchange office. Naturally, you shouldn’t use the services of a service that its customers have bad reviews of.

By checking the rates of exchangers, you can find options for withdrawing funds from Payeer to your Privatbank account, which are even more profitable compared to using other services. The disadvantage of this method is the ability to transfer money only from your account (with the specified personal data) to a card that belongs to you.

How to withdraw money from Payeer in Ukraine?

Withdrawing money from Payer in Ukraine can also be done in several ways:

  • Internet exchangers. The most popular and profitable method for wallet owners. All transactions are carried out on Privatbank cards.
  • Withdrawal to Ukrainian bank cards through the Payeer service itself (for this you need to link your wallet to your banking system) - in this case, the commission will be 2.99%, and the transaction itself will cost another 13 hryvnia.
  • Using alternative electronic wallets - Yandex.Money or Qiwi, the commission is 4.9% for the exchange.
  • Withdrawal to the mobile operator account.

How to convert one currency to another?

In order to transfer one currency to another on Payer, in the menu on the left side, find the “Exchange” item and click on it. Next, select the currency you want to give and the currency you want to receive. Then enter the amount you want to exchange and click on the “Exchange” button.

After these steps, the money will be successfully transferred.

Payeer exchange, how to buy/sell Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies

In order to buy or sell regular money for cryptocurrency, you just need to use the Payer exchange. Just go to your personal account, find the “Exchange” tab there and click on it.

Next, you need to decide on two questions: the first is what cryptocurrency you want to have on your balance (1) and the second is what currency you will give away (2). After these steps, select and install the exchange option that you need.

After these steps, go to the lower right corner of the payment system to the “Calculator” tab.

How to buy bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies

To purchase, switch the calculator to the “Buy” mode, find the “Giving” field and enter the amount you want to give. The amount in cryptocurrency you will receive will be displayed a little higher. After these steps, in order for the exchange to take place, click on the “Buy” button.

How to sell bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies

To sell, switch the calculator to the “Sell” mode, find the “Giving” field and enter the amount you want to give in cryptocurrency. The amount in currency you will receive will be displayed a little lower. After these steps, in order for the exchange to take place, click on the “Sell” button.

How to withdraw money from Payeer to a card in Belarus?

A system of profitable online exchangers is also available in Belarus, one of which is Cash-exchanger. However, there are several other alternative withdrawal methods:

  • You can use the Belarusian payment system EasyPay to make payments in Belarusian rubles. When choosing this option, you can convert money into Belarusian rubles and withdraw it to an account or card.
  • International translation. Payeer supports the international SWIFT system, which allows for such transactions. However, you have to sacrifice time - the operation takes several working days.
  • Through a bank where you can issue a card in foreign currency (dollars or euros). Thus, you can make transfers directly from your registered account, as well as with a minimal markup.

Result:

Payeer is not only a payment system but also a wallet with which you can store money, both in regular currency and in cryptocurrency. The presence of its own exchange within the payment system inspires special confidence, especially considering the popularity of cryptocurrencies recently.

Possible problems and their solutions

When transferring money online, people may encounter various difficulties. Most problems arise when a person enters payment details incorrectly. Because of this, the funds go to another user, and it is extremely difficult to return them. It is recommended that you contact support and explain your situation. But even if they don’t help there, then the return will not be possible. Otherwise, you need to follow the instructions and not look for ways to send the amount without commission. Then there will be no risk of encountering scammers and losing your money. It is better to prevent any problem than to try to solve it.

Using online exchangers

Online exchangers are designed to help users whose funds are placed on several payment systems. You only need to provide the details of the required wallets, contact information and pay for the service - service administrators will independently carry out the financial transaction.

Monitoring BestChange

The BestChange website contains all available online exchangers that are ready to transfer from one payment system to another. The platform selects only reliable services that have undergone thorough testing, constantly monitors and updates information on current commissions.

To go to a suitable online exchange office:

  1. Find the “Electronic money” block in the table on the left.
  2. Select PayPal RUB in the first column, Payeer RUB in the second, or vice versa.
  3. Please review pricing and available reserve information on the right side of the page.
  4. Click on the option you like in the table - a new tab with the exchanger’s website will automatically open.
  5. Fill out the form according to the instructions and submit your application for consideration.

Exchange via Kurs-expert

Monitoring of exchange services is also available on the CourseExpert website. The platform works on a similar principle. To change search parameters, click on the editor icon to the right of the specified data. Click on the arrow to the right of the “Give” or “Receive” field.

Set the required payment systems and currency. The page will display information with available options - click on the appropriate one.

Difficulties in transferring from PayPal to Payeer

Since 2022, it is impossible to transfer money directly from PayPal to Payeer, including using exchange services. To complete the operation, you will need to make a double exchange - initially exchange PayPal with a third-party payment system, then send the received funds to your Payeer wallet.

The following EPS can become an intermediary:

  • Yandex money;
  • WebMoney;
  • Perfect Money;
  • Advanced Cash.
